'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. The Quirky Houseboat Dodge

A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Sit outside and enjoy the RSPBs' smallest reserve. Cross the towpath to the park and playground, 2 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to town centre. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

This stunning hand-crafted cabin is the master piece of a highly talented Sussex craftsman. It is constructed using sustainable oak, chestnut and ash from the surrounding woods. It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.
