We are renting our cozy 1 bedroom summer studio in the Sozopol old town. It is situated directly at the shore of the gulf with a beautiful sea view. The beach is 7 min. away on foot. Ground floor: kitchen with a fridge, stove, electric kettle and toaster. It is well equipped to serve your essential needs. Second floor: a bedroom with a double bed and two extra chair-beds. The small bathroom with shower is next to the bedroom. A small private terrace welcomes you at the main entrance.

There is 5 bedrooms on second and third floor. On second floor there are 4 bedrooms with two modern bathrooms. Two of this bedrooms have person and half beds in each room and another two bedrooms have two beds in each room . In two of this bedrooms have TV. On third floor there is one big bedroom with private bathroom, wardrobe and TV. On the first floor there is a big luxury kitchen and a big luxury dining room with TV . In the garden there is a pool and a big table.
