L'appartamento, appena rinnovato è situato nel centro città, vicino a Porta Messina. Il porto ed il terminal per le navi e aliscafi, per le Isole Eolie sono a circa 600 mt. Il castello Arabo-Normanno e l’antico borgo, a circa 300mt. Le spiagge libere e le strutture balneari sono facilmente raggiungibili .
