Located just adjacent to our home on 200 acres, our guesthouse is a remodeled 3 bed/2 bath home with full kitchen and beautiful views of the Spanish Peaks (Wahatoya) from the deck. We are located just 7 miles off I-25 Walsenburg exit 49 with plenty of privacy and room to slow down and relax! We welcome guests of all backgrounds and your well behaved canine friends too. Great studio apartment. Beautiful views with country living, quiet and peaceful, 1.5 miles to town. Owners on site, friendly but private, no contact unless initiated by you. Walk the neighborhood and enjoy the views in every direction. Can accommodate 2 adults and one child comfortably. The queen bed is a very comfortable Murphy Bed. The apartment will NOT accommodate 3 adults. Quiet time is 10 PM - 7 AM. Enjoy the starry nights, & beautiful cool mountain days. Designated parking area.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This beautiful and historic getaway is only 15 miles from downtown Trinidad. Nestled in the heart of Chicosa Canyon is filled with wildlife and has many interesting rock formations and stone carvings. Go exploring this 65 acre property that is filled with natural wonders including a cave. Also a great place to see ufo's/ uap's in the star filled sky. We are close to the area that was featured on Beyond Skinwalker Ranch three times.

River's Bend

Located on the bank of the Cucharas River, the River's Bend ideal mountain retreat is geared for a family vacation, or personal restorative get away. This two beadroom, 3 bath cabin can accomadate up to six guests in the main cabin with use of the luxury cots in the spacious sunroom. With special arrangements, the detatched Sleeping Hut outfitted with queen bed and sleeping loft offers additional beds and the best sleep you will ever experience!

Blue Top Haven

Location, Location, Location! This unique cabin sits in the beautiful Cuchara Valley. Walking distance to the Cuchara downtown, recreation area, and many well known hiking trails. Just down the road from Monument Lake for entertainment and fishing. Also a quick trip to Cuchara Mountain Park. If golfing is your interest, Grand Ote Peaks in LaVeta is only 15 minutes away. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

Wahatoya Guesthouse

Wahatoya Guesthouse is approximately one mile from La Veta. This spot is private and tranquil, with amazing views of the Spanish Peaks. You will be within walking distance of two Colorado State Wildlife lakes that offer fishing and hiking. The quaint town of La Veta offers art galleries, Francisco Fort Museum, a brewery, live music, locally owned restaurants and businesses, including a wonderful grocery store and soda fountain.

Welcome to our higher dimensional hideaway! Treat yourself to a night in our mirror dome, sleeping with the sounds of nature and the best view of Milky Way. This off-grid wilderness experience comes complete with hidden meadows, a natural spring that feeds the ranch, an included breakfast, 24/7 hot tub usage, and 45 acres to roam and explore. Located nearby is the charming town of Trinidad and Trinidad State Lake.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 3 Bed 2 Bath, there is also a small tri-fold mattress upstairs with a cot and a couch if needed.
