Our cabin sits in a quiet cedar grove by a fishing pond with kayaks and fishing poles available. 2 bedrooms with full kitchen with coffee maker, washer and dryer, fireplace, internet, TV and 2 porches with patio furniture and large umbrellas. Electric and gas grills available with outdoor sink for cleaning fish. Attached to hobby farm with goats, ducks, geese, and chickens. More than 50 acres available to roam with 4 ponds. Bashan Valley Farm

Unique country cottage. You have your own little cottage with I bedroom and loft and a small kitchen. There is also a beautiful pond for swimming, fishing or canoeing. A beautiful 1/2 a mile walk to Rocky Comfort Creek where you can fish or relax. Lots of animals around the farm. A kids paradise! Just come and enjoy a relaxing day in the country. A 15 min. drive to town and restaurants. There is no tv or WiFi in the cottage so be prepared to relax and reconnect with how life used to be!

NOTE: Lake Sinclair drawdown will start 10/25/25 and lake refill will commence 12/1/25. Lake refill is a very slow process and lake level is still low. Our tiny cabin is on a secluded, wooded 20 acre homestead in a very rural area. It's a quiet place where everyone is welcome. There is almost no light pollution here; on a clear night you'll have an amazing view of the stars. The cabin has internet and a smart TV. We're one mile from downtown Irwinton's gas station, local diner, small local market, and Dollar General. Dublin, Macon, Milledgeville, I-75 and I-16 are all about a 30 minute easy drive with little traffic.

Two bedroom 1 bath lake front home with beautiful gardens that bloom year round. Escape from the hustle to enjoy the water, listen to the songbirds or enjoy a book by the fire. Heat up the grill or watch the water while rocking in the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. This location is the most peaceful place in Georgia.
