We crossed this summit in '99. Its magnificence & energy kept our family planted here. Two decades later, we open this one-of-a-kind experience—the Jägerhaus—to the world. Views run deep over hundreds of acres of the Black Hills under big skies. We invite you to explore. The hot tub shares these views, and we keep the water crystal clear. Gather around a bonfire, the gas fire pit, or the fireplace. The kitchen is truly "stocked." We don't skimp; we don't cut corners. Welcome to the Jägerhaus.

The Charming White Cottage

Enjoy your stay in Spearfish at our cozy, 1 bedroom cottage. It is perfect for a couples get away or for someone looking to explore the beautiful Black Hills. Downtown Spearfish and Spearfish Creek are within walking distance to enjoy the bike path and great eateries. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, complete with a memory foam mattress, and walks out to the front porch. Our favorite thing about our cottage is relaxing on the porch swing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Falsebottom Hide-away

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature after a long day vacationing. Sleeps six with a secure fenced yard for the safety of your pets. Located in beautiful Maitland Canyon with seasonal Falsebottom Creek right off the private back deck featuring a BBQ and outdoor table. We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. Close to so much, but with a real connection to the pristine nature that the Black Hills are famous for.

Entire Home in the Black Hills

The newly built Little House in the Hills is located on 5 acres and only 1 mile outside of Deadwood, SD. This is the perfect location to access hiking, biking, scenic drives, and tourist attractions. **As we head into the winter months we want you to know that the Black Hills can receive significant snowfall. Private Hot Tub!! Enjoy a stylish experience at our modern studio, located within walking distance to a Mexican eatery, brewery, farmer's market, bike path and Spearfish creek! Two sisters with a love for design renovated a small cabin into this cozy space for guests intending to explore the beautiful Black Hills. Maple Cottage

Maple Cottage is ideal for guests that want to experience the Black Hills area as "locals." Whether you're staying just for the night or for several days, you will find everything you need here. Two bedrooms on the main level share a bathroom, while the basement bedroom has a private three-quarter bath. A community fitness center located directly across the street features a swimming pool, two basketball courts, racquetball, walking track and weight room.

Swisher Farmhouse at Granny Flats

This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish. We have another rental on the property that was built by Cappie, co-host of Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, as his own residence. This adorable off-grid cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower.
