Jägerhaus - Mountain Lodge on Private Estate

We've hosted lovely folks from all over the world since 2017 in our family home--and now, we embark on a renovation journey. Changes for 2/1/26 + New sleeping arrangement; double-bunk bed replaced with 1 King bed + House capacity changes from 10 to 8 + Upgrading living room sofas and chairs + Repainting 3 rooms This is just the start of a broader vision we expect to complete by 2028. The Charming White Cottage

Enjoy your stay in Spearfish at our cozy, 1 bedroom cottage. It is perfect for a couples get away or for someone looking to explore the beautiful Black Hills. Downtown Spearfish and Spearfish Creek are within walking distance to enjoy the bike path and great eateries. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, complete with a memory foam mattress, and walks out to the front porch. Our favorite thing about our cottage is relaxing on the porch swing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Falsebottom Hide-away

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature after a long day vacationing. Sleeps six with a secure fenced yard for the safety of your pets. Located in beautiful Maitland Canyon with seasonal Falsebottom Creek right off the private back deck featuring a BBQ and outdoor table. We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. Close to so much, but with a real connection to the pristine nature that the Black Hills are famous for.

Private Farmhouse Studio

Private Hot Tub!! Enjoy a stylish experience at our modern studio, located within walking distance to a Mexican eatery, brewery, farmer's market, bike path and Spearfish creek! Two sisters with a love for design renovated a small cabin into this cozy space for guests intending to explore the beautiful Black Hills. The Lower Hillsview Loft

Swisher Farmhouse at Granny Flats

This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish. We have another rental on the property that was built by Cappie, co-host of Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, as his own residence. This adorable off-grid cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower.

We have a large backyard featuring a deck and grill. Grammy's place is walking distance (half a mile) from downtown Spearfish. We're a 20 minute drive from Historic Deadwood and Sturgis.
