De gast suite is gelegen in de achtertuin van ons perceel, en is te bereiken via een zijpoort van ons huis. De studio heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden(80-200) en een gezellig zitje met 2 stoelen. TV aanwezig. Er is een keukentje aanwezig waarin zich een magnetron, Nespresso apparaat, waterkoker en koelkastje bevinden. Het is niet mogelijk om uitgebreid te koken. Er staat een kleine eettafel met 2 stoelen. Voor de Guesthouse heeft u een klein buitenterras met 2 zitplekken.

Gastenverblijf met eigen ingang en privacy. Check eenvoudig contactloos in en voel je thuis. Voorzien van airco, verstelbare bedden, moderne badkamer en koffie- en theefaciliteiten. Gratis fietsen beschikbaar om de omgeving te verkennen. Ontspan buiten in het beschutte zitje, of fiets in 15 minuten naar Eindhoven Centrum. Met de natuur op loopafstand is dit de ideale plek voor rustzoekers, natuurliefhebbers, stedentrippers én reizigers op doorreis.

A lovely comfortable apartment with direct access to a large garden in the district of Stratum. Real close to the city center of Eindhoven. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. All privately yours. The apartment is located opposite a cosy and lively town square with several restaurants. The health, safety and well-being of my guests is a top priority.

Within a 300-meter radius there are more than hundred free parking spaces, several stores, fast food bars and two bus stops. The train station and the city center are about a 25-30 minutes walking distance, 15 minutes by bus and 12 minutes by bike.
