Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. E' un loft in un edificio del XVII secolo nel centro storico, in una via pedonale accanto alle Torri di Properzio. E' su due livelli: piano terra con un grande open space con pranzo, zona cucina, soggiorno con camino e area con letto matrimoniale, al piano sotto il bagno. L'alloggio ha un condizionatore. Le volte di mattoni, i muri in pietra e il pavimento in cotto antico lo rendono unico.
