Heating/air conditioning. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided. Driveway parking space available on request (driveway may not be suitable for large vehicles, however there is plenty of free on street parking) Not suitable for infants

Close to Hampton Court our bright, airy self- contained modern garden annex is located 80 feet from our house with its own access & private, secluded garden Sleeps maximum of 4 (one double bed and a small double sofa bed.) There is also a mezzanine floor with single mattress accessed via a wooden ladder- suitable for an adventurous child but at your own risk!! Modern bathroom, We also provide a microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, plus milk, tea and coffee. Plenty of on street parking available

The space is designed for 2 but can fit up to 3.
