In walking distance from our downtown Smithville shopping, coffee shops, Banks and restaurants, I have a two-story house with a basement, first floor is rental, I live on the second floor and have a beauty shop on the north side, and downstairs is our little studio apartment it's cozy a nice place to stay no windows steps going down, private parking outback a grill and pergola for smoking or eating.. 15 minutes from lake,2 minfrom golf

Cabin on the Hill/ King Suite

This King Suite has its own private entrance that is attached to the cabin. The King Suite and the Cabin can be rented both separately through Air bnb. This King Suite is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The cabin next door is not included it is separate. No third party bookings. Because of health issues, we can not except animals. No smoking and,you must be 21 to book.

This brand new studio apartment is a stand alone unit with a large storage garage attached. It is surrounded by nature, and after a heavy rain, you can hear a rushing creek from every window. This particular studio is perfect for 1-2 travelers, enjoy the sunset right from the patio! Located near Lake Tansi in Crossville, Tennessee, this apartment was originally the local water company office and went on to be many other small businesses over the years. This is a cozy and comfy space, inspired by our favorite stories of Narnia, featuring one bedroom with a queen bed, a full pull-out sofa bed and a 50 inch TV with WiFi. There is a full kitchen with new appliances. We have some little extras here and there that we hope you will enjoy!

It’s within walking distance of TTU, Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Dogwood Park, the train depot as well as many local dining and shopping hot spots.

A cozy one bedroom/one bath apartment located in a nice quiet neighborhood just 6 miles from Cleveland. Not too far from Lee University, shopping, and restaurants. Centrally located for visits to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Chattanooga. Or a quiet place to come home to if you're traveling on business. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
