Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. Cozy ground floor traditional house with garden full of Mediterranean fruit trees. Set in a quiet residential area just off the main beach road in the picturesque area of Kounoupitsa, 10 minutes walk from the main port. The house is Close to a bakery, coffeehouses and local tavernas. Near the center of town and some of the most popular beaches. Having the whole house and the garden to yourself certainly makes for a unique experience!

Welcome to Kasteli, Spetses! My house is located at the foot of the hills in Kasteli, a ten-minute walk from Dapia. Although not far from the town of the island, the house is situated in a quiet area, ideal for spending a peaceful time away from the crowd. Kasteli is the oldest district of Spetses town. The houses are traditionally built in amphitheatric style and are surrounded with beautiful voukamvilia trees.
