The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. Guests can enjoy the peace of the private, walled garden, which hosts fruit trees, fragrant herbs, and beautiful potted plants, and swim in the pretty pool that is shared with the main house. The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

Our house is a spacious old Mansion in the heart of Spetses, with a large yard in a quiet spot. It's only 6 minutes walking distance from town center and the port of the island! Bouboulina's historical Museum is 50 metres distance. You can easily get to the beach in 3 minutes walk, as well as to the bus station! It is furnished with original antiques, it's full of light and traditional spirit! It can easily accomodate families and big groups in its large rooms.
