Ischia, in a strategic position between zones "Porto" and the village typical of "Ponte", located directly on the beautiful beach of the fishermen, with view of the sea and the island of Vivara, I propose rented apartment in elegant historic villa. The housing unit on the first floor of 160 sqm + 20 sqm terrace level, is as follows: large entrance hallway, spacious kitchen and bright living space, 3 bedrooms, one double with the possibility of adding a third bed (or a cot) and two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and shower, the other with shower), large living room overlooking the countryside with direct access to the terrace with stone table, chairs, umbrella (possibility of games for children). The house has two entrances and a facing triple: the outer side of the beach road and sea; inner sides overlooking the countryside. The apartment is in a strategic position from 1 to 5 minutes for all bathing establishments that run across the island of Vivara, 10 minute walk to Via Roma, the main street for shopping elegant Porto d'Ischia, 3 minute walk to the harbor on the service "water taxi" that leads to the establishment of "Charter Romana" and stop for the boat and pleasure boats; 5-minute walk from the village of Ischia "Ponte" with the famous "Castello Aragonese", at 15 minutes by taxi from Porto d'Ischia, from the landing of ferries to Capri, Procida, Sorrento and other tourist destinations. The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active
