Enjoy this beautiful lakeside home in the Okoboji area: A special place for year-around fun and comfort for you and your loved ones. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3000 sq. ft. home has 2 family rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room with seating for 12. Large windows show off amazing sunsets and panoramic views of Center Lake; a special secret retreat in Great Lakes. Upper and lower patios are great for lake-side eating. Host requests 3-night minimum stay from May 20 until November 4, 2025.

Hosta House Stay and Play

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located in the established heart of Spirit Lake just minutes from all of the Great Lakes. Come and enjoy the luxury of the 86” TV, sauna, fireplace, spacious fenced in back yard. The back yard is full of fun. It has a fire pit and a comfortable couch and a dining table. FREE EV charging coming in Fall of 2025. This is a strict no smoking which includes vaping property. No unauthorized extra guest allowed.

Screened-in game and entertainment garage space, plus back patio for grilling and relaxation. Neighborhood pool across the street and indoor/outdoor water park, arcade, gym (remodeled in 2020) and on location bars/restaurants are a 5-minute walk or short drive away. Six free waterpark passes each day.

This beautiful and cozy newly constructed guest house is a perfect modern space for a single, family or group getaway! Sleeps 4 adults with king bedroom and ultra plush full queen sofa sleeper in living room , two electric fireplaces, two TVs, full kitchen, heated concrete floors and three blocks from downtown restaurants, shopping and walking trails and several areas parks. Furnished dining patio and seasonally available gas grill. No pets or parties please. All guests must be registered.

Are you ready to make memories at the lake?! Look no further! This house is located on Big Spirit Lake. Enjoy time with your family on this peaceful lake! Go tubing, skiing, fishing, have a campfire, and enjoy the beautiful sunset!! Our house has 2 king size beds, 1 pull out couch, and one twin mattress. There is plenty of room downstairs for an air mattress.
