This unique and central apartment is situated in an old family stone house built in the year 1905, completely renovated in 2018. The house is ideally located between the old city center with UNESCO protected Diocletian's palace and the most famous beach in the city - Bačvice beach, so you can reach each of these attractions in 5 minutes by foot. Train and bus station, as well as the ferry port, are reachable in less than 10 minutes by foot. You won't need to use a car while staying with us.

Red Apartment in an Old Stone House

Comfortable apartment for four in the center of old town, situated in a traditional Dalmatian stone house, 10 minutes away from the sea and Bacvice sand beach and 200 meters from Diocletian's palace. The space is airy, full of sun during the day. It has a fully equipped kitchen., two bathrooms and two separated bedrooms. Apartment has three ac unit(one in living room and one in each room) We got parking garage as well. The garage is about 90 meters from apartment

Villa Otok

This beautiful, modern house with an outdor pool is located in Solin. It is a small but beautiful town, only a short drive away from Split. The house is located by the river Jadro. Surrounding of the house is decorated as park with lots of walking trails. House has four spacious bedrooms for eight people and three bathrooms. Also you can use parking and auxiliary facility which is traditional croatian tavern with barbecue and board games( billiards and darts ).

Welcome to Silvija House ! ☀️ The house is located in the famous Varoš neighborhood, on Senjska Street, just 250 m from the seafront and 500 m from Diocletian’s Palace. Our biggest advantage: a spacious home, which is rare in Split’s city center. Note: the annex is included for bookings of 4 guests or more. If you are fewer than 4, a €40 extra fee must be paid on site to access it. ✅ Bed linen and towels are included in all rooms.
