Simetini apartment Mistral is situated just a short walk from the Historic UNESCO heritage city Center of Split. The apartment is located in Brutalist architecture style building just opposite the County Hall. Area full of small shops, street food stands and bars. Pharmacy and two bakeries are just a few meters from the main entrance of the building. The apartment has a garden with seating available and a separate entrance from the back of the building from a quiet urban garden.

You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up. Photos do not explain how brilliant this place is. A modern space, very comfortable bed, air con, fridge, smartTV and coffee machine. Large shower room off main space."...

Enjoy your stay in studio apartment "Sanimar" for 2 persons . It's only 3 minutes walking distance from the Bačvice beach and 5 minutes from the Diocletian's palace. It's equipped with everything You need for pleasent stay - air conditioning, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, kitchen...
