This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This brand-new designer apartment is located on Split’s most beautiful and largest beach – Žnjan. The apartment is just 30 meters from the beach (a 2-minute walk). The apartment offers two elegant bedrooms with king-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious living room. One of its highlights is the large terrace with a private pool and a stunning sea view. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a parasol, an outdoor shower, a dining table, and a badminton set.

Casa Dvornik is situated in center of Split only a 10 minute walk to the Riva and the Old Town. Since 1930 the house is owned by Dvornik family. In the front of the house there is the garden with many plants that the family has been tending for years. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee with the chirping of birds or have lunch in the shade of the grape-vine pergola. During hot summer days you can refresh and relax in the small pool/jacuzzi within the garden.
