Una posizione unica: direttamente sulle sponde lago ma al contempo nel centro del borgo. È cosi garantito un comodo accesso a tutti i servizi primari: panetteria, gelateria, edicola, bar e ristoranti tutti a pochi metri.

Hi there! My cozy, modern apartment is located in the old town of Ascona, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza di Ascona, the popular café-lined promenade along Lake Maggiore. The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.

Casa Cecilia, a house of the late 1800s, full of happiness to share. We renovated it with great care while maintaining an authentic and welcoming ambience. The house is located in the quiet old town of Losone San Giorgio. Enjoy the wonderful Ticino atmosphere and the hospitality of the Bertola's. From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.

Flowers & lake, the Golden Camellia, ground floor

A tiny and charming ground floor of a guesthouse, fully equipped, dating back to late ‘800, just restaured, in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore. it is only reachable via feet. The romantic veranda, with glass walls, faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. It seems an english cottage, perfect for a couple with a son. The beds are a king one and eventually an extra bed.

The apartment is located 50 steps from the world famous Piazza Grande in the historic centre of Locarno. Everything is close by, however, due to its location, the studio is very quiet.
