L'alloggio, proprio perché posto in zona centrale, permette ai visitatori di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi tutti i principali monumenti del centro storico (Duomo, torre del Moro, pozzo della Cava, Orvieto underground, etc etc.)

La dimora di Gilda

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

Suite sulla roccia con vasca idromassaggio

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio libero si dovranno percorrere 200mt a piedi per raggiungere questa casetta nel cuore di un bosco ed incastonata in una grande roccia. Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Da giugno si pagherà in struttura la tassa di soggiorno 1,5 euro al giorno a persona per un max di 4gg
