Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im wald- und wasserreichsten Bezirks von Berlin (Köpenick). Wir bieten Ihnen eine Ferienwohnung in Berlin-Friedrichshagen direkt an der Müggelspree ca. 500m vor dem Müggelsee an. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2 Personen mit Kind. Das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist erlaubt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum mit 6 Fenstern die eine wunderschöne Aussicht ermöglichen. Die Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle lädt zum Kochen ein. Zudem bieten wir Ihnen eine Sitzecke mit Fernseher, einen separatem Arbeitsbereich mit Schreibtisch sowie einen Internetzugang. Der Schlafraum mit Doppelbett (Bettwäsche & Handtücher werden gestellt) befindet sich unter dem Dach. Die Wohnung enthält ein modernes Duschbad. Nach einem 5 minütigen Fußmarsch befinden sie sich bereits in der historischen Bölschestraße, die Sie mit über 100 Geschäften, einem Kino (im Sommer auch Freiluftkino) und Restaurants zu einem gemütlichen Bummel einlädt. Eine schnelle Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln ist mit Supermärkten in Gehweite gesichert. Mit dem Fahrrad können Sie die nähere Umgebung erkunden oder durch den Spreetunnel einen kleinen oder großen Ausflug beginnen. Am Müggelsee haben Sie die Möglichkeit, mit diversen Motorschiffen die Umgebung vom Wasser aus zu erkunden und zu genießen. Mit der Straßenbahn kommen Sie in ca 15 Minuten in die Altstadt von Köpenick, dort können sie das berühmte Rathaus von Köpenick mit Ratskeller und das komplett renovierte Schloss mit aktuellen Kunstaustellungen besichtigen. Vom S-Bahnhof Friedrichshagen aus (15 Minuten Fußweg oder Straßenbahn) können Sie bereits nach 30 Minuten in das Großstadtgetümmel von Berlin eintauchen.

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

The mini flat is situated in a beautiful planted courtyard in the booming part of Kreuzberg. There are two bicycles.

Berlin Mitte with a View

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

My place is close to Kastanienallee, on the 5th floor without an elevator and a nice view of the TV Tower. You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Die 70qm große Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Das Herzstück ist die große, helle Küche mit großzügiger Ausstattung und einem Essbereich.
