Direkte Parklage, etwa 180 m zum Ufer. Das Studio wird nach jedem Besuch gründlich gereinigt, die Oberfächen desinfiziert. Check in/out per Schlüsselbox.

Attractions close by are the Spree riverfront, Eastside Gallery & Uber Arena. We are accessibility friendly, located on the ground floor.

All Einfach Plus Minilofts have large windows which make the space look really open. They also feature a mini-balcony which opens up the space further and overlooks some of Berlin's Kreuzberg rooftops.

It is just as fast to walk on the Admiralbrücke, to the Hasenheide or at the Kottbusser Tor. Because of its central location and easy access to Neukölln, Mitte and Friedrichshain, the apartment will let you enjoy your stay in Berlin. There’s also a bike rental close by

The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and balcony. Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).

Located on the border of Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte, in a tiny little street running just next to the fabulous Kastanienallee, makes a perfect kick-off point in the heart of almighty Berlin.
