4Bed, Big House, Covered Patio, Close to downtown

PLEASE and MUST READ ✌🏼 Our place is home away from home and 8 miles from downtown. It has 4 bedrooms (6 beds), tons of games, fire pit, grill and a light strung patio. There are plenty of places to relax! The kitchen is fully stocked. Parking on property. Check in 3PM- Out 11AM Early/late extra 75 dollars. *NO PETS* Unauthorized party $1000 fee. Party = more than the 12 person limit. NO exceptions. $100 fee for smoking inside. $500 if anything is found in toilet drain and needs plumber.

The Happy Camper in Nashville's Backyard

The Happy Camper is a 1971 fully restored camper with whimsical styling and all the comforts of home. It is close to the city (20 min. from downtown) but nestled down in a holler in the forest. With a queen bed in the single bedroom, a couch that converts to a double bed in the main living area, and bunk beds tucked into a corner, this is perfect for a family getaway or a group of friends out for the weekend. The deck overlooks a seasonal waterfall and the fire pit is perfect for stargazing.
