Maple Roost is a locally owned and managed 1,750 sf cottage one mile from Columbia's historic downtown Square and within walking distance to the James K. Polk Home & Museum. Located on a quiet street in the historic district of "Muletown," our 2 br/2 bath home is fully outfitted for staying in and relaxing, while its central location is ideal for exploring the many locally owned shops, boutiques and antebellum homes in the area, as well as the bucolic farmland and rolling hills of Maury County.

Convenient apartment with easy parking and private entrance. The space is perfect for a single person or 2 adults, and a child or two if you have them. A cozy hideaway in a quiet neighborhood, with a small patio, garden, and creek beyond. Only 20 minutes to downtown, 15 to Vanderbilt. Super comfy queen bed, plus two additional sleeping options: a chaise in the bedroom, and a twin-size daybed in the the living room. Keurig coffeemaker and bottled water dispenser. The Bungalow is one of the two lower apartments in a 1930’s renovated triplex highlighting historic charm with modern conveniences in the darling Riverside neighborhood in Columbia TN. Decorated in a modern farmhouse style to showcase the feel of the space, it is classy-shabby chic. The Bungalow is the only space in Riverside Retreat with a private covered porch! This railroad style apartment is a small, clean, cozy space with everything you need for an amazing stay in historic Columbia.

Our private suite is located in a quiet, established neighborhood, yet we are five minutes from I-24 and less than ten minutes from excellent shopping and dining at The Avenue and the surrounding area. Free off-street parking for one or two vehicles is just a step away from your door. When you stay in our bnb, you'll have a separate entrance, so feel free to live as privately as you would like, but we're available if you need anything. We find that meeting new people always enriches us!

This charming house is within walking distance of downtown Columbia with it's historical public square, shops, restaurants and dining. Walking trails, parks, great views of the duck river and a splash pad for the kids is located just across from this home. Local farmers market every Tues, Thurs and Sat. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is the most wonderful feature of The Franklin Guest House! The guest house is about a 2 minute walk to Main Street. Our home is next door, and when my children were quite young; they were allowed to go to the shopping/dining area of Franklin by themselves. (Back then you could buy fried rice for 99 cents, plus Gray's Drugstore had penny candy!) Such a sweet place to raise a family! Even though stores have changed, the LOCATION is the same!

The Treehouse Cabin

Beautiful, secluded property 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Feels like a treehouse! Guests have access to entire property. The apartment has a kitchen, bed, bathroom, and fireplace. There is a large living room with a sitting area, pub table, big screened TV, and couches. To top it all off, guests have a screened-in gazebo with a gas fire pit. You can not beat the serenity or the views! Only 5 minutes to local stores & restaurants.
