It has a high ceiling and light colors with plenty of windows, as well as various lighting for a relaxing experience. Also on the property, is our lovely main house, cottage, barn and artist's studio. Visit historic downtown Franklin for great entertainment and dining, as well as a hiking trails nearby for the nature lover!

The “Perch" is an all new studio apartment with a private entrance. Your space is connected to our main house but is completely separate. Enjoy a comfy queen size bed with fresh linens, large en-suite bath, a convenient coffee station featuring a Keurig with coffee pods, wet bar, flat screen tv, surround sound & fast WiFi. Relax on the private patio with pretty views of the countryside. See local wildlife, such as deer, fox and turkey. The Perch is conveniently located less than 4 min to I-65.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. IF you are booking "same day" please give me a call so I can make any necessary last minute arrangements.
