Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

The Shack

Relax in this rennovated studio near the Beaver Shores community and Beaver Lake. The house is a quick drive away from the lake, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, 20 minutes to the Walmart Amp, and is the perfect getaway for those looking to decompress. The Shack is a fully functional living space - complete with a driveway long enough to back in your boat, WiFi, full kitchen and bath, laundry, pull-out sleeper couch, two TVs and a separate master bed area with a beautiful pine feature wall.

It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly constructed guest house with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen and laundry. Close to the airport and Wal-Mart AMP and perfect for those Razorback home games. This little guest house will make the perfect stay for those out of town business professionals with high speed internet and nice little work area. King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not for use of Airbnb guests.

Moonlight on the White is a one-bedroom cabin with 4 private acres on the banks of the White River, just minutes from downtown Fayetteville and Springdale. As you arrive at the cabin, you first notice the spacious front deck with private hot tub overlooking the tranquil river setting. The main bedroom holds a king bed, extra large closet, dresser, smart tv, and beautiful bay window. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and smart tv. The third bedroom holds a twin over full bunk bed, closet, dresser, and smart tv. Our home also includes high speed, 5G wireless and hardwired internet. Large fenced yard & play set!

Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
