The Archer Home

“The Archer Home” in Springfield, Illinois is a charming home located in the best area of town, known for its safety, tranquility, and pleasant surroundings. Situated directly next to the Sangamon Valley bike trail, this cozy retreat offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a relaxing hot tub, and a convenient office space. The entire house is fully furnished and tastefully staged to ensure a delightful stay for all guests. Our home is within 20 minutes of virtually everything in Springfield!

The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

The Purple Awning House at Lincoln Park

Charming two bedroom apartment overlooking scenic Lincoln Park. The only person closer to Abe will be Mary. Whether you are traveling solo or as part of a group, the Purple Awning House's spacious bedrooms, comfortable couch and a large inflatable bed (if needed) ensures everyone will have a good night's rest. * Note that this is a main floor apartment with another separate apartment upstairs (different entry). Please smoke outside and do not bring the butts inside.

Flower Farm Stay • Sleeps 7 • 1.5 Acres

Stay at our peaceful 3BR, 2BA farmhouse. Located on Good Seeds Flower Farm, this cozy, well-kept home sleeps 7 (2 queen beds + bunk room) and includes a full kitchen, living room, workspace, and mudroom with washer/dryer. Step outside to a fire pit and outdoor dining with sweeping views of flowers and farm fields. Wheelchair-friendly with ramp, wide doors, grab bars, accessible shower, sink, and entrances throughout the home. *Field is in bloom April-early October.
