The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Our private cabin nestled in the countryside provides a quiet escape from city living. Resting in a private peaceful clearing, the cabin offers sweeping views of a private pond and lush forest. Despite the rustic scenery the cabin has been recently remodeled and comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities to make you feel right at home. The property is 15 minutes to the University of Oregon, and Wine Country. And a short 25 minute drive SW of the cabin are the Why-pass Mt Bike Trails.

Awesome location! We are located on a dead end street across from an Oak Savannah that was part of Laurelwood Golf and now is an undeveloped park, feels like country, yet walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight, restaurants etc. We are close to scenic Ridgeline hiking trail. Our light & bright cottage is surrounded by bamboo, fruit & evergreen trees & garden. The space has a king bed, private bath, small kitchen equipped with essentials, wifi, cable TV. Cozy & private!

Bright, spacious 2 BR suite in great location!

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.

This is my primary home. I have resided here for 30+ years. You will have this entire residence to yourselves. It is peaceful, clean and cozy. It is a simple spacious one story home with three large bedrooms, one full bathroom, and two large living spaces. There is a large backyard with an outdoor patio. It is complete with outdoor seating and hammocks for your entertainment and relaxation. Close to airport and centrally located. I hope you feel welcome to make yourselves at home in my space.
