The cottage is the perfect resting spot for travelers. While staying here you can enjoy nature, farms, vinyards, beaches, golfing, and local attractions. We are conveniently located between the North and South Forks of Long Island. We are in walking distance to the Hampton's Jitney. A 2 min drive to the LIE. And just a 40 min drive to the Orient Pt Ferry. We are 30 mins to The Hamptons, and 5 mins to the LIRR. Most importantly we can assure your stay with us will be, peaceful and comfortable.

Charming East Hampton cottage with heated saltwater pool and pool/guest house. This recently renovated 2000 square foot home is the quintessential Hamptons cottage The location is within walking distance to the town of East Hampton and the train station and there are several ocean beaches within 2 miles. This is the perfect house for a family beach vacation, or a get together with friends. No large groups or parties please. We love our house and our quiet neighborhood!

Modernist House with a Heated Pool near Sag Harbor Village

Our home was gut renovated: all new white oak floors, updated and expanded kitchen and bathrooms make this a lovely retreat in the Hamptons. The house is on a quiet residential street, a few minutes drive from Sag Harbor village. Long Beach is nearby, with its family-friendly calm water. Sagg Main beach is 6 miles away. Please note that the pool will not be open and available until Memorial Day. Guests are not permitted to use the fireplace. No pets allowed.

We're sure you will love our place: quiet secluded corner lot, nice feel and ambiance, delightful landscaped outdoor space and beautiful garden (my wife and son's pride and joy) house surrounded on three sides by mahogany decks, all rooms newly furnished, 3 bedrooms, fold out couch in living room, hardwood floors, modern kitchen, 3 skylights, central air, about 1 mile from private bay beach, 6 miles from the ocean. Professionally cleaned before guests arrive.

Conveniently located 2 1/2 blocks from Circle beach and Hidden Cove Marina, it is a short drive into downtown Sag Harbor and a 1/4 mile walk to Trout Pond. and nature trails. Up the street we have a grocery store, liquor store, restaurant and deli. Kayak rentals nearby. Outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off and a gas grill for outdoor dining. Greenport Beach house Mini Resort Spa & Catering

Nestled steps from the beach, and all that Greenport and the North Fork has to offer, this exquisitely charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom waterfront home is absolutely delightful.. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the Saltwater pool.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), groups, and furry friends (pets).
