With half acre of lush vegetation and a winding creek running through the property spanned by numerous charming bridges, we are home to a huge variety of wildlife and birds including King Parrots, Rosellas, Lorikeets and bower birds. A beautiful and unique mountains escape with 6.5 acres of gardens to enjoy! Featuring a tennis court, a secret garden, meandering pathways to explore, a huge trampoline and a swing set for kids (and kids at heart), and seasonal gardens. Perfect base to explore the mountains or just have a relaxing weekend enjoying the house and grounds. NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).

There are local bush walks to explore or curl up on the lounge and read a book. A glass of wine on the verandah on sunset is always a lovely way to unwind.

Architect designed loft net studio.

Studio White is set at the front of a newly built architect designed residence. It is modern and spacious with a loft netted mezzanine over the living area and is accessed by Italian spiral stairs. The lower living area has a fireplace opening up onto a large deck overlooking the garden and pond. We live quietly in a very separate part of the building. It is tastefully decorated with some special touches reminding you that you are in the beautiful Blue Mountains.
