Come and experience the best of Amsterdam at this centrally located place. It’s just an 8-minute walk to the RAI and AlbertCuyp market in De Pijp. You’ll find a wide selection of books, as well as Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. It’s the perfect spot for couples or those attending conventions who need privacy and comfort. The place is fully renovated with double glass windows and soundproofing for a restful night’s sleep. Just be prepared for some narrow stairs, though, they are worth it!

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Comfortably and newly renovated farmhouse with two bedrooms in a small village directly located at the Markermeer. It's quiet and surrounded by nature with lots of water birds. There is a terrace at fishing and swimming water with great sunsets. The house caters for 4 people. There is a well equipped kitchen and smart TV with Netflix. Het is voorzien van een mooi keukenblok, een zithoek met een fijne bank, tv met WiFi, een eethoek, 1 slaapkamer met een tweepersoons boxspring en een fijne badkamer. Het bed is bij aankomst opgemaakt. Buiten hebben we een leuke zonnige ruimte voor u gecreeerd waar u naar hartelust gebruik van kunt maken. Rust, ruimte en vanuit de straat heeft u zicht op de mooie duinen van Groet.

Our place is the perfect base to explore Haarlem/Amsterdam. It is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood close to a historical windmill and amenities. -7 mins bike ride (15 mins by bus) to Haarlem train station and city centre -12 mins bike ride to the sand dunes -20 mins bike ride to the beach -4 mins walk away to bus stop -20 mins train ride to Amsterdam from Haarlem station
