The apartment should offer you maximum privacy and an atmosphere of well-being. In the establishment we have paid attention to sustainability, and combine nature with stylish modernity. The king size bedroom is furnished with two king size beds. The apartment has individually controlled air conditioning. Bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped. Especially in the kitchen, we put great emphasis on high quality appliances. On request, we also offer menus that are freshly prepared for you. You can choose between a sunny terrace or a shady veranda, which is directly connected to the bedroom. The high-speed wifi is available throughout the entire living and outdoor area. A 43-inch TV is available as well as an audio port where you can connect your devices. You can easily walk to the beach in 10 minutes or rent a bike or you can bring to the beach with a tuk tuk (3min.) Which can be stopped at any time on the road. In just three minutes you are on the beach. The apartment is located 1 km from the city of Hikkaduwa. There you can shop and dine. You can also start activities such as surfing, snorkeling and diving from there. Or you Visit at the Buddhist temples or turtle farm. The loft is 70sqm in size and has an open kitchen with counter, bed with top mattress, mosquito net, A/C (usually not necessary) fan, couch, etc. The bathroom with bathtub is spacious. The 25 m pool and fitnessroom are free from 7a.m- 8p.m. The price is only valid for arrivals together, max. 2 people. Scooter rental $5/day. Own unlimited WIFI with a speed of 2 to 8 Mbps selectable.
