This beautiful Villa Ventum with a living space of 119m2 can comfortably host 7 guests. Villa is located in Jadrija near Šibenik, only 5 minutes walk from the pebble beach and the sea. The house consists of one floors. The main bedroom also has a direct exit to the terrace with a fantastic view. The fully enclosed, 200 m2 large courtyard of the villa features a lovely swimming pool (7,5 x 4 ) surrounded by sun loungers where you can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of day or night.

Access to the building is possible only by stairs, so the apartment can only be reached on foot and apartment does not have its own parking. "Casa Pina" is situated in the silent foothills of the Barone fortress, couple of minutes away from historical part of Šibenik and its other tourist attractions. This stone house is more than 100 years old and it has been newly renovated and adapted, as well as fully equipped, in 2017.
