Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.

A 1000 sq ft bungalo with wi-fi, air conditioning, a deck, 6 person hot tub and a screened-in gazebo. Our cottage is located on a quiet street that is a short walk to Lake Winnipeg. The closest pier is only an 8 minutes walk away. It is a 5 minute drive to Winnipeg Beach & Matlock Beach and a 20 minute drive to Gimli. Great location for ice fishing, hunting and snow mobiles.
