You will enjoy all the benefits of country living with the convenience of being just 10 minutes outside Winnipeg. This memorable property is anything but ordinary.

Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests (unless extreme temperatures). Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Roku TV, a full kitchen and linens.

There is parking for up to 5 vehicles on the property. Well behaved dogs allowed, $50 pet fee per stay Minimum 4-night rental during July-August and Jan-March. A great escape for the whole family to enjoy! Spacious open layout, lots of windows to let the light in, roomy bedrooms, large bathroom, large decks. Sun and shade available on the property. Very clean and well kept. We prefer Friday to Friday bookings if possible.
