Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing etc. World-class golf course, restaurants, grocery/gas just minutes away. Hosts live nearby for your convenience. 7 day rentals only during peak season.

Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests (unless extreme temperatures). Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Roku TV, a full kitchen and linens.

Monthly rates available during fall/spring. Double heated garage $50/night in fall/winter; inquire when booking.

Welcome to the spacious, sunny & beautiful Casa Del Lago (Lake House)! Perfectly situated just a short stroll to the beach in the quaint Lakeside Village of Matlock. A great escape for the whole family to enjoy! Spacious open layout, lots of windows to let the light in, roomy bedrooms, large bathroom, large decks. Sun and shade available on the property. Very clean and well kept. We prefer Friday to Friday bookings if possible.
