Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.

Oduca's cottage is beautifully renovated and available all season. Its a great place to stay and relax after the longday icefishing during winter months, and it's only 4 minutes drive away, and 15 minutes walk from the park, beach and boardwalk. Our cottage is fully fence, and has huge backyard that comes with a playground, patio, sports equipment, and fire pit which makes a perfect place for you, your family, your friends and visitors to enjoy. Furry friends are welcome too!

YEAROUND HOTTUB!! Driveway has been widened for all your ice fishing rigs. Freshly remodeled year round getaway with 5 bedrooms & 2 baths. Close to beach. Large yard on quiet street. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Linens and towels provided. Pack your food and move in! Lots of parking onsite for all your ice fishing equipment! Wood burning fireplace for the cold winter nights. Just a 40 minute drive to the perimeter. July & August are 4 night minimum. Long weekends 3 night minimum.
