Travelling North or South and need a stop over ? We are just off Highway 6 at beautiful Gowan Bridge. On offer is the top storey of our house, 3x bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet, lounge with kitchenette and balcony. Our property has 24 acres of paddocks and Manuka forest bordered by the beautiful Buller and Gowan rivers and National Park. Large Park like garden. We offer you country hospitality and a quiet homely atmosphere. PLEASE NOTE you are able to use our full kitchen if required.

Birch Hill Cottage is the original Head Shearer's Cottage from c1900. It has been fully renovated & is a wonderful relaxing spot. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful garden oasis. Located 50 minutes easy drive from Blenheim, and 30 minutes from St Arnaud, Lake Rotoiti (Nelson lakes), and the gateway to Rainbow ski area. There is a microwave, portable cooktop, BBQ and small under bench fridge. TV Freeview is available. No WiFi or Broadband in this area. Cell coverage using 4G available.

There is plenty to explore with Lake Rotoiti, mountain biking trails, walking tracks, Rainbow ski field and fly fishing nearby.

A cute wee cottage for a hideaway. Surrounded by trees and bird life in a peaceful setting. The Motueka River is a 5 min walk. We have a sculpture garden and gallery on site showcasing the work of David Carson and other artists. Free entry to our guests. A great central location for Nelson, Motueka, Kaiteriteri and Nelson lakes. We are conveniently located right on the Great Taste cycle trail. Fully self contained cottage. Beech Haven - Modern, in the heart of the village

A wonderfully warm and modern home with magnificent views of Mt Robert and the Wetlands. We are centrally located with a very short walk to the Alpine Lodge, 10 minutes walk to the Lake and a track to the Tee Total Reserve and Mountain Bike tracks is at the end of our road. The house is cool in the hot Summer months and toasty warm in winter thanks to the feature log burner and a Heat Pump. Enjoy the flat screen, Sky and Unlimited Fiber WIFI. There is outdoor dining as well as a BBQ.

An easy 15 minute drive from Murchison at the convergence of the Tutaki you will find Mangles Valley Paradise. The outdoor bath, hammock, weber barbecue, brazier and outdoor furniture set in a beautiful natural landscape are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+

Home away from Home

St Arnaud is a peaceful alpine village. Excellent location for lake activities, bush walks, adventurous tramping expeditions, mountain biking and accessing Rainbow Ski Field. The Bach is located within an easy 8 minute walking distance to the shop & petrol station, 12 minutes walk to the lake and 14 minutes walk to the Nelson Lakes DOC Visitor Centre. Spend time walking, biking, boating or skiing. Then relax in the calm, cosiness of the Bach.
