Summer is here, flowers are blooming, the treehouse is air conditioned and cozy, and the hot tub ready! Relax in our luxurious, very private, 4' deep cedar hot/cool tub nestled in the evergreens, while the moon and stars swirl overhead, the waterfall tumbles into the koi pond, and the fire table and torches blaze. The running stream makes this a wildlife refuge, with tons of birds, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and hawks. We are 420 friendly. Come experience the magic and make a special memory!

Peaceful Private Coach-House in St. Charles

Enjoy our cozy and peaceful Coach-house , private entrance with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Newly renovated and updated throughout. Queen bed with mattress topper, studio area includes Smart TV, water station, Keurig coffee machine and quick-set lock. Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

Welcome to "St. Geneva"! I call it that because of the home's ideal location between 2 gorgeous and quaint towns-St. Charles and Geneva. Between the two towns there's plenty of shopping and night life to be had. The home is located along The Fox River. Just cross the two way street to access miles of biking/walking trails. Feel free to trolley my 2 kayaks over to the launch just a couple blocks away. Walk to the farmer’s market for fresh food to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen.

This comfortable, 2 bed 1 bath unit is within walking distance to all that St. Charles has to offer. .4mi to the Arcada and walking distance to Everything downtown from Restaurants and breweries to shopping. Enjoy the ambience of the Sherwood House, an 1884 Victorian built for Judge David Sherwood. Use of entire first floor apartment including a full kitchen is perfect for longer term stays. Original features include multiple stained glass windows, beautiful wood work, multiple decorative fireplaces and hardwood floors. Located just blocks from downtown Elgin, walk to shops, restaurants, the casino, bike trail or Metra. WiFi and off street parking.

Quaint Batavia Coach House

The Coach House is located behind our house. It is a private and separate little house. It is located close to the river path and lots of restaurants. The upstairs is one big room that has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath. The TV in main living area on first floor is not hooked up to cable, but you can log into all of your apps and have access to news via YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime etc.

Cozy Lakeview Studio with Private Access
