Situated in a very quiet location and offering free parking, the flat is nestled in the heart of Redland on a quiet street. It is perfectly located for exploring this vibrant city, close to Clifton and the University, with numerous shops, cafe's, restaurants, bars and open spaces within walking distance. Good travel links, close Redland station, which connects to Temple Meads and a short drive from the M32. We provide complimentary toiletries, cotton sheets, coffee, tea and kitchen essentials.

City Hideaway with hot tub (No group parties)

We self built the Little Trooper in 2017 with the intention of achieving a unique, fun and comfortable oasis hid away up a private road in the middle of the City giving a holiday feel to escape the fast pace of City life. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children and is intended to cater for large families visiting our beautiful city. I think the pictures say it all really and as you will see the house is kitted out with all the extras and luxuries to please everyone.

It is set back from the longest street of independent shops in the UK, with every type of restaurant right on your doorstep. An 8 minute flat walk takes you to the vibrant area of Stokes Croft, Montpelier and St. Pauls, leading on to the city centre and the Harbourside!

Cosy Shepherd’s Hut only a 15 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station and the airport flyer bus stop. Cute kitchen & bathroom, underfloor heating & wood burner. A little haven of peace in a bustling urban setting. The Bus stop at the end of the road takes you into the city centre. N.B. The hut is situated in our garden, facing our family home and there is limited outside space. The bed folds into the wall to reveal a lovely table/seating area - see below for more information about this.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Formerly a workshop to the main residence “Mylor” an Edwardian villa built in 1905 for the then Lord Mayor of Bristol, A.J. Smith. Just a short 12 minute journey to Cabot Circus, yet with river walks and ancient woodlands only a 2 minute stroll away, Mylor Lodge offers a haven away from the hustle & bustle of the city.

Southville is a very popular part of Bristol and home to Upfest, which is Europe’s biggest street art festival. The accommodation itself is a self-contained part of our home with its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room. Directly beneath in the basement is a lounge area with kitchenette.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

Your own private entrance & driveway. Your own outside deck area. We are outside the Clean Air Zone. The Snug is a separate building in the garden of our property. We are on hand to solve problems, but more often than not you may not actually see us at all.
