The lay out is two separated bed/bath units- offering complete privacy for 2 couples or parents w/ kids! Float the river, soak in the hot tub or just relax. Pets OK- $50 fee

Wisteria Garden

Wisteria Garden is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located less than three miles from the Sonoma Square. This is a no-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed in the house or on the property. The TV service we use is Roku with at least 3 of : Netflix, Apple+, Disney, HBO, and Showtime. Sonoma County has the following regulations in place: Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM No amplified music outside. TOT #: 2694N Maximum occupancy is four adults and children.

The Perch - Outdoor Clawfoot Tub

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. In the evening, turn on the outdoor string lights and relax on the swing under the huge oak tree before sinking into the memory foam king size bed. In the morning there is pour over coffee and robes so you can sit outside and sip your coffee. Perfect place to stay for a while, or have a romantic weekend.
