No 2 Tom's Yard is a self contained studio/Flat in a peaceful location, 20 minutes walk from the town Centre and beaches. Perfect for couples. It is independent (only for you), with a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a travel cot, en suite shower, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, twin hob, microwave and wifi. Ideally situated to explore both the golden beaches and the surrounding area. We have a studio nearby and can offer screenprinting as an extra activity to your holiday.

This one bedroom bohemian style flat sits right in the heart of St Ives on Royal Square, just a five-minute stroll from the beaches and steps from all the best shops and spots to eat. It’s got everything you need, a kitchen, dining area, shower room, and a super king-size bed that’s ridiculously comfy. We have carefully furnished it with a mixture of modern furnishings and antiques and is well-appointed. The St Ives artistic community has inspired us to hang the walls with a selection of pretty paintings – hence the name ‘The Gallery’.
