Private secure parking without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony throughout the day. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom supplied with local guest soaps. Breakfast of home made bread and preserves, cereals, grapefruit, meats, cheese and yogurt. Our popular self-contained studio has views to the Scillies, a private entrance and driveway for one car. We're conveniently 1 mile from the coastal footpath at Cape Cornwall and the Cape Cornwall Golf Club, 6 mins by car to Lands End Airport, 25 mins to the Minack Theatre and 7 mins walk to St Just's centre. Inside, the comfy zip lock bed offers King-size/twin options, the kitchenette has a microwave, fridge and breakfast/welcome pack. Cyclists can arrange to store bikes in a lockable shed.

The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

☆ Cosy, Stylish Annex in Recently Converted Barn

☆☆ Stylish, contemporary annex in our converted barn. For 1 or 2 adults only. The Annex comprises an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with quadrant shower. It has its own entrance and there is parking for 1 car. Guests are welcome to use the lower part of our garden and picnic bench. The barn is situated in a tranquil, tucked away location in Perranporth, yet is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and local shops.

'The Artist's Loft' Amazing Sea and Harbour Views

'The Artist's Loft' is fully self-contained and has been beautifully restored by Maria and Terry. It has its own kitchen, bath/shower and w.c. From our balcony window you can enjoy unique views into Newlyn harbour and the whole of Mounts Bay, including St Michael's Mount. There's lots to explore in Newlyn, and a leisurely 20 minute stroll along 'The Prom' takes you to the famous Jubilee Pool, another 5 minutes and you've arrived at Penzance Harbour with it's quay-side shops and restaurants.

The Boathouse

The Boathouse is a brand new, self-contained one bedroom annex set within 4 acres of private gardens. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

Separate annexe with stunning sea and Mount views

The Arc is a small annexe in our stunning garden with uninterrupted views to St. Michael's Mount and the Cornish Coast. It has a double bed with a small wet room with a shower, toilet and a separate hand basin. We provide a continental breakfast hamper. 'The Arc’ is in the small historic market town of Marazion walking distance to the famous St. Michael's Mount, cafes, pubs and galleries. We can recommend good places to eat, drink and visit. The coast path passes right past our front door.

The friendly, thriving Village of St Agnes is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its mining heritage, beautiful views from the coastal footpath and only a 10 minute walk from the property. There are no shortages of shops, gift shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, butchers, and bakeries.

A beautiful restored Old School (self contained )central to key attractions in Cornwall. You’ll love the high ceilings, comfy bed, light yet cozy feel. There is a space in the lounge area for extra guests/children. A fully equipped kitchen at your disposal helps you to prepare something scrummy from the hamper of goodies supplied on arrival, and included in your booking price.
