SKEDADDLE COTTAGE unit number 2

Skedaddle is a stand alone cottage: a large 450 sq ft efficiency with 50 sq ft deck. Queen bed, mattress is Marriott Silver Beauty Rest & full futon along with full kitchen & shower bathroom. The property is all fenced for Skipper, my Portuguese Water Dog. Skipper was the captain of our boat Skedaddle. The yard is very lush & green, seems like rain forest in town. Our place is 'old' Caribbean, wooden cottages, no concrete. Skipper & Skedaddle are two identical cottages next to each other.

We are conveniently located near fantastic beaches, great dining & entertainment. Property sleeps 2 guests on the top floor & 2 in the bottom floor. Each floor is its own space with bed, bath & kitchen. For parties more than 2 we offer the bottom floor as an option to rent. The owner may occupy the downstairs when needed. Each have their own separate entrances, but easily accessed by exterior steps if desired. Depending on your group size, you will have access to either one level or the whole cottage with no other renters. There is direct access to a rocky beach. *Please note, there is no laundry at this property.

It will be helpful when the grid goes down of which occurs quite often. You can still have the comfort without any interruption.
