Off grid cozy cabin on Diamond Lake. There is no running water. Outhouse experience. Great for all the camp activities! Enjoy swimming, fishing, stargazing and campfires. Open concept loft bedroom with double and queen beds, queen sized sleeper sofa on main floor. Bedding included. Ladder up to the loft. The camp road is about a 45 minute drive from Sault Ste. Marie and then about 30 minutes drive on backroads to the cabin. We do not provide towels. Propane fridge in Bunkie. Non smoking

Sleeps 4. 1 queen bed on the main level & 2 single beds in the loft (ladder access only) Screened in porch with BBQ ( new in 2024) And a deck in front of the porch with more seating. Cute and cozy, tucked into a nice wooded lot. Walking distance to Brimley State Park, 2 miles from Bay Mills Resort and Casino and Wild Bluff Golf course. Also near Mission Hill Overlook, Pendills Fish Hatchery, Soo Locks and Tahquamenon Falls. We have endless access to NCT (North Country Trail) for hiking. Short walk to the public access beach of Lake Superior (1 block) for swimming and breathtaking sunrise/sunsets. The entire area is loaded with trails for SXS, ATV and or snowmobiling.

Enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains from the deck. Full access to private waterfront yard with a beachy area, fire pit and dock. Swimming, fishing and kayaking are a must. Bring life jackets for water play and worms for fishing. Many trails for ATVs out your back door.

When we decided to buy a cottage, we wanted something that brought us closer to nature, but didn’t want a house on the water. It had to have some rustic elements to it. With its vaulted knotty pine ceilings and walls, and windows looking out at the lake, we instantly fell in love. It doesn’t matter if it’s high summer floating on the lake, or Fall with the beautiful colours, it’s just a special place to be.
