This apartment is located above a quiet business that operates Monday through Friday. You have full access to the entire apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The only shared space is one common door that splits access to the business from the upstairs apartment.

Standalone 750 square foot studio on 4 beautiful acres. Renovated in 2017. Roomy and comfortable, this space is perfect for overnight to short-term stays. The space is very private, separate from the main house, has its own entrance and dedicated heating and cooling. Owners live in main house on property with their very friendly dog, Poppy, 2 barn cats, and 5 free-range hens.

A small beach is a 2 minute walk away. The family room and kitchen face Lake Michigan with lots of windows. The house has a queen bedroom, queen pullout in family room, and laundry. A gas FIRE PIT and a HOT TUB are located on the back patio directly on Lake Michigan with a spectacular view behind the main house.

This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.

This is a SECOND FLOOR suite accessed from the front entryway of the home. Owners live on the main floor. No pets allowed.
