With pontoon, kayak, and paddle boat rentals, plus access to the pool, arcade, and trails, The Lakeside Lodge is perfect for making unforgettable lakeside memories!

The Lakeside Loft is a newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with stunning views of Black Lake. Perfect for up to 5 guests. It has a sleek kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a spacious living area. Relax on the dock, or rent pontoons, kayaks, paddle boats, and lawn games from the camp store. With a pool, arcade, and trails, this lakeside retreat has everything you need for a relaxing getaway! Can be booked with an adjoining 3 bedroom, 2 bath high-end home (listed separately) for larger groups.

You will love this newly remodeled, upstairs apartment just outside of Potsdam. Perfect for the traveling professional - and families. Close to all four colleges (SUNY Potsdam, Clarkson University, St. Lawrence University, SUNY Canton), this two-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful escape while keeping you close to everything. Waterman Hill Guest House

You are invited to visit our farm and stay in an open, airy, well-appointed one-bedroom apartment inside an Amish-built barn. In our rural area, the call of songbirds or lowing of cows is the loudest thing you will hear. Our property is fully solar-powered, with our own array of 39 solar panels on the roof of the barn. We provide a fully stocked kitchen for your breakfast, including fresh eggs from our chickens. All nationalities/ LGBTQ/ all humans welcome! The pool is open!

The Majestic Mansion

This house is used as a family home when not rented, so it will look like that. I'm super easy going when it comes to someone using our space. Whatever we have here you are welcome to use like you would at your home, toys, linens, etc. The home offers 4-5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Pine and Paddle Cottage is a cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat that sleeps up to 7 with a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk with a twin trundle. The bathroom is newly renovated, and the kitchen is being updated with new cabinets, appliances, and décor. Just a short walk to the dock, it’s clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly—perfect for anglers looking to spend their time on the water. Boat rentals, bait, and gear available at the camp store.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, cozy home with beautiful yard to enjoy star gazing! Back deck with fire pit as well as gas grill. Safe, quiet beautiful yard, with access to a field, at times the neighbors horses can be observed. Apple tree and beautiful flowers during the summer months. Large parking area, access to park vehicle in the garage. Sledding hill in the backyard. Everything is available just bring clothes and enjoy!!
