Beth's Place II - on the river - is a private apartment above our garage, with a separate entrance and a great private outdoor space with a hot tub. The tastefully furnished cozy apartment provides an ideal relaxing setting with beautiful river views. Outfront is our new pickleball court & putting green for our guests' enjoyment! We are located just 1 mile from downtown Potsdam, 1 mile from Clarkson, 2 miles from SUNY Potsdam, and 10 miles from SLU and SUNY Canton. We know you'll love our place!

Canton home w/ private apartment on Grasse River

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this private second-floor apartment above attached garage with its own entrance. Sleeps up to 4, clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Dog friendly w/ prior approval. Limited yard access, weather permitting. Minimal cleaning fee, because the apartment is small, I don't charge much for cleaning, please leave space tidy, and i can keep fee low. Walk to SLU in minutes & downtown Canton; SUNY Canton is a short walk across the footbridge or quick drive.

A beautiful getaway right on the river! Swimming,fishing,and kayaking awaits only 20 yards away! For rainy or cold days, there is plenty to do indoors.There is also a treadmill and weights if you want a workout, and lots of games! If you are looking for the finer things things in life, you can enjoy the luxuries of our deep tissue, Swedish massage chair, our electronic recliner couches, the 55” RoKu tv, or just relax in the jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Enjoy the privacy of your backyard on the river!

The Depot is central to Potsdam, Canton, and Massena areas for travelers (St. Lawrence River, Adirondacks), college visitors (SUNY Potsdam, Clarkson, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton), and professionals. Train and history buffs will love this property!There are many relics from the original railroad to see. In addition to being right on the railroad tracks, the Depot is located on the Raquette River. Guests will experience beautiful water views, sunsets, and maybe a slow passing train.

Enjoy lovely waterfront cottage on St Lawrence River. Property fronts the river and is flanked by a secondary rental cottage. Located 7 minutes from the Canada bridge and grocery shopping. Great for family gatherings as adjacent unit can be co-rented, providing opportunity to create memorable times with loved ones. Docking available for fishing and boating. Firepit for evening enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the abundant resident water fowl and spectacular sunsets. I am unable to accommodate pets.

Adirondack River View Cabin (June1st-Nov. 1st)

A Perfect Outdoor Retreat For Couples or Outdoor Enthusiasts! Finished in pine with Adirondack accents , this cabin says nothing but the outdoors. The kitchen, living room, sun room and bathroom occupy the first floor, while "two cozy bedrooms can be found on the second floor". The cabin is fully furnished with everything you’ll need for cooking, sleeping and relaxing. It also offers an amazing view of the river that can be seen everywhere. Sorry, no pets of any kind allowed at the cabin.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. We celebrate diversity and welcome people from all communities.

Camp down Memory Lane on Black Lake, NY

Relax with family or friends in this 3 bedroom open loft concept with a beautiful view of Black lake. This camp is located on a private lane which makes it the perfect spot to immerse yourself in nature. There is a fire pit and private dock on 125 feet of waterfront if you want to bring your boat. Flat bottom canoe available to use. Close proximity to Ogdensburg Airport, Walmart, restaurants and winery. 30 minute drive from Alexandria Bay.

Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

This well loved family-friendly river cottage is ready for you. The river is just steps from the house with breath taking views and sunsets to remember. Great fishing from the waterfront and dock. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit near the shore. The water is wonderful for those swimmers in your family. There are paddle boats and kayaks in season. Conveniently located close to St. Lawrence University and Clarkson.

Raquette River Retreat- Potsdam NY

Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy). Our home is on the Racquette River and within a short drive to: St Lawrence University - 18 Minutes Clarkson University - 11 Minutes SUNY Potsdam - 9 Minutes SUNY Canton - 24 minutes Tupper Lake - 45 minutes Saranac Lake - 1 hour 20 minutes Lake Placid - 1 hour 40 minutes
