Make some memories at this unique, year round and family-friendly cottage. Relax and unwind in a 1890’s cottage completely renovated in 2022. Located in Morristown just minutes from the boat launch where you can enjoy the St Lawrence River. Plenty of room to park your boat and trailer. Scenic Black Lake is only 6 miles away. If you enjoy golf and great food take a short 4 mile drive to Langbrook Golf course. If you don’t feel like cooking Bedrock Cafe and Spirits is 1/2 mile from the cottage.

Enjoy being easy walking distance to St. Lawrence University and main street. The efficiency apartment has a full kitchen and cozy combined bedroom and seating room with a view over the deck and backyard where a BBQ is available. The entrance from the deck is private and separate from the main house where I live with two quiet dogs on a friendly street. The apartment is 20 m walking/5 m driving to SUNY Canton and 15 m driving to Potsdam. There are also trails and two golf courses nearby.

There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. Clarkson University is close enough to see from the property. Raquette River Retreat- Potsdam NY

Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy). Our home is on the Racquette River and within a short drive to: St Lawrence University - 18 Minutes Clarkson University - 11 Minutes SUNY Potsdam - 9 Minutes SUNY Canton - 24 minutes Tupper Lake - 45 minutes Saranac Lake - 1 hour 20 minutes Lake Placid - 1 hour 40 minutes

A private entrance to apartment on 2nd fl. (above a garage). Comfortable for up to 4 people; clean & well-maintained with all the needed amenities; makes for an easy stay. The space is dog friendly (prior approval required). Outdoor yard space on property is limited use (weather permitting). Also a quick walk to SLU campus & downtown Canton or trek across town to SUNY Canton.

Cabin at Laing Family Farm

The Cabin at LFF is a small and cozy spot halfway between Canton and Potsdam. It sits on the edge of our small orchard on our 220 acre certified organic farm. From the front porch and kitchen window you can view our horses and/or cows grazing in their pasture. It has a kitchen, living area, loft bedroom and full bath. There is a Roku TV and Free wifi.
