Perfect couple retreat! Close to the Great Ocean Road. One large bedroom and a very tiny bunk room. Private Sauna is often available on request.

Corsair Cottage, beach over the road

Classic beach house in a great spot. The beach opposite is great for kids & dogs, so bring them both. Stroll the dog beach to Queenscliff or the seaside boulevard to Point Lonsdale. Maybe you’d rather meander through the moonahs of ‘Lovers Walk’ or follow the shores of Swan Bay. Look for dolphins as you swim or snorkel, then rinse off in the outdoor shower. Enjoy a BBQ whilst the kids and dog explore the secure yard. End the day in the outside bath under the stars, listening to the ocean.

A Hidden cottage, near the heart of Lara. Minutes to shops, the Train Station, You Yangs & Avalon Airport (Air Show 2025), yet surrounded by Serenidip Sanctuary. With private & tranquil views of Lara's elegant & historical, Pirra Mansion; the host to Lara's many special functions. Such as Lara's food and Wine festival, Classic Car Show & Lara Fun Run. This 2 Bedroom Cottage is a hidden gem within Windermera Homestead, equipped with a full sized Kitchen and a bath with view's of the stars.

Bells Beach - Pet Friendly Cottage

Our pet friendly cottages are on 5 beautiful acres of natural bushland between the magnificent Great Ocean Road and renowned surfing location, Bells Beach. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 car spaces and is fully self-contained, complete with BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of native birds and views of our garden and nearby dam. With wood fires inside and Netflix provided this is the perfect year-round retreat for families, couples, and lovers of the outdoors.

'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Willow Gum Cottage

Tucked away on a hillside, beneath some beautiful gum trees, and just 5 minutes from the heart of Mornington and its sandy beaches, you'll find this charming two bedroom Miners Cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, relax on the large veranda looking out towards leafy Mount Eliza, watch Foxtel on the large TV, or sit out in the evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine from a local winery. Willow Gum cottage has everything for a unique and tranquil getaway.

Lavender Cottage

Lavender Cottage is a cosy , fully self contained cottage, totally private and separate from the main house, in a beautiful garden setting perfect for sitting and relaxing. The cottage has a full kitchen, stocked with pantry staples and everything you'll need to prepare a lovely meal if desired. A comfortable lounge/living room and bathroom with separate toilet are also downstairs. Up stairs is a generous bedroom with queen bed, ample storage, and a trundle bed for a little one.

Chiara Beach Cottage

Chiara Beach Cottage is a beautiful French-style property, with paintings and furnished in a simple yet stylish beach style. lovely garden with a BBQ and outdoor dining setting. Suitable for intimate weekends, girls weekends. Mother and daughters weekend. Anniversaries. We cater for accommodation throughout the year for Sorrento's wedding market. It stands out for its proximity to a stunning back beach and coastal walks and easy walk to Village. And walk to front beach also.

Charming Cottage "The Snug"

A charming fully self contained cottage in a secluded setting, minutes from Victoria's most popular water theme park and 5 km from Ocean Grove/Barwon Heads beaches. Handy to Queenscliff and surrounding wineries. Wood heater, air conditioner, full kitchen and all linen is provided. A short drive from the gateway to The Great Ocean Road. Relax and charge the batteries! And you can bring your dog to roam in a fully fenced garden and meet Paddy and Ruby!

Sorrento Garden Cottage

The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.

Beachwood Cottage Ocean Grove

Set on 1 acre amongst beautiful native bush land this cosy cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind! Our home is also situated on the property whilst guests enjoy their own private driveway. We are a short drive to the Ocean Grove town centre and main beach. A stroll away from the cottage you will find a gorgeous nature reserve brimming with local wildlife. You’re friendly pet is welcome to stay at the cottage by arrangement.

Elsewhere Red Hill - on 10 acres - 6 mins to beach

Blending modern, French & farmhouse influences, our tucked-away slice of heaven captures the best of the wine region. With remnant forest surrounds, a solar-heated pool & proximity to Merricks beach (6 mins), everything is here to help you unwind. A barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor sink & two deck seating areas will draw you outside to enjoy balmy evenings. Nearby is Merricks Store and plenty of great wineries.
