Fully equipped kitchenette with all you need to make a basic meal by using 2 x hot plates and a microwave that turns into a grill and oven. Private entrance with off street parking.

Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.

This charming barn style house sits between vines and olive groves with stunning views of the nearby hills and dam. The house features a downstairs open plan living and dining area with kitchen and laundry/mud room. Upstairs are two airy bedrooms with farm views (master with doors to balcony) and a bathroom. "The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Lavender Cottage

Lavender Cottage is a cosy , fully self contained cottage, totally private and separate from the main house, in a beautiful garden setting perfect for sitting and relaxing. The cottage has a full kitchen, stocked with pantry staples and everything you'll need to prepare a lovely meal if desired. A comfortable lounge/living room and bathroom with separate toilet are also downstairs. Up stairs is a generous bedroom with queen bed, ample storage, and a trundle bed for a little one.

Conwy Cottage

This is a very clean & spacious self-contained bungalow with kitchen, ensuite and lounge area. Beds provided are 1 Queen, 1double sofa & 1 single. It is set on a private, shared hectare property with private access and access to a solar-heater pool and tennis court. While we are here if you need anything, we respect your space and privacy. The property location is walking distance to Blue Waters Lake,Barwon River Estuary, local cafes, Boat ramp and Ocean Grove beach.

Apartment with lake + beach accsess, WIFI & Aircon

The apartment is situated on a private Lake and 100% private. You have access to the beach and lake and can also go for a swim. Great Pub and many other restaurants and lots off takeaways in walking distance. (5 – 10 minutes) Many shops just around the corner. Bus-station 2 minutes. Closest Train station is located in Carrum. Yes, it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available. EV charging available at self cost.
