Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The modern furnished vacation apartment "Stefansdorf Wohnung 1" is located in the middle of nature in St. Lorenzen near Bruneck and is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain bike and ski tours in the Pustertal. The 35 m² small but fine apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), underfloor heating and SAT-TV.

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
