Our cozy studio apartment sets on the Patuxent River. With the perfect views of Myrtle Beach, Point Patient and Thomas Johnson Bridge. Relax watching the boats and birds or take a walk along the water for a lovely neighborhood to stroll for 2.5 miles. Your favorite moments may be when you wake to see the sun rise and again to see the orange sky set. Just over the bridge from the popular Solomon's Island which is full of fabulous restaurants, boat rentals, charter fishing and summer concerts.

The Solomons Sunset Suite

Centrally located in Solomon’s Island overlooking the Solomon’s Boardwalk w/ EXPANSIVE VIEWS of the Patuxent River and the Solomon’s Bridge, make the Sunset Suite the perfect place to stay! Walking distance to multiple restaurants, the legendary tiki bar, and all that Solomon’s has to offer! Step out onto the covered porch and feel like you are in a Southern Beach town admiring the views, the wildlife, and the passers by. This unit can be booked with the Sunrise Suite to accommodate 12!

Heron Cove

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy Heron Cove on the Patuxent River in Southern Maryland. The sunrises are breathtaking. Enjoy eagles and herons feeding in the pond. Sit on the patio and enjoy the view,the fire table or kayaking in the inlet. This lovely apartment is located 5 min.from Pax River Naval Air Station, 20 min. from St Mary’s College, near many historical sites, and 10 min. from the quaint village of Solomon’s Island. It is also located near 20+ restaurants.

Historic St. Mary's City, MD

1,000 square foot two-bedroom, one bath waterfront apartment features separate entrance and a screened-in porch overlooking the St. Mary’s River. Property has a large dock and a small private beach. Jellyfish, crabs, and oysters make swimming challenging, although many swim off the dock in the deeper water. No Diving! Dogs are welcome. We just ask that they be on a leash. The apartment is attached to part of the house where we reside, although it is sealed off and nothing is shared.

The one-bedroom apartment will sleep 2 adults and 1 child under 18. In a serene setting with woods, a fish pond, and a comfortable patio. Separate code lock entrance. Well-equipped kitchen. Free WiFi, two TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is also a cedar sauna. Parking is on the property. Apartment situated near shops, restaurants, St. Mary's College and the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. 15 minutes from Chesapeake Bay, 1 hour to DC beltway. French and German also spoken.

Peninsula Pad

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located getaway when you come to experience Calvert County. Stay 30 minutes or less from beaches, kayaking, 22 miles of hiking trails, Jefferson-Patterson Park and its festivals, vineyards, Solomon's Island and Prince Frederick local restaurants and farmer's markets. Our newly renovated pad is a spacious basement apartment with all the basics you need to relax after a fun day exploring nature and our surroundings. We can't wait to welcome you

Apartment is in the second floor of detached garage on the premises of a private home. Beautiful serene surroundings 5 min. from downtown Leonardtown with shopping, restaurants and events. Area offers historical sites, wonderful parks, a large Mennonite and Amish community, great restaurants and friendly people! 25 minutes from Solomons Island.

The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, two burner hot plate and coffee maker. We provide all bedding and bath towels for two people. Enjoy your coffee ( provided) or wine on the deck in the fenced in side yard. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Please make sure you pay the pet fee. We also have a boat slip across the street that you can rent

Come enjoy our waterfront home on the scenic Calvert Cliffs. Take in beautiful Bay views in Adirondack chairs with stunning vistas. Photograph wildlife. Comfortable ½ mile walk to private community bay shoreline. Have breakfast in the yard while enjoying the sunrise. Stroll the community shoreline and explore fossil hunting, hike at nearby trails. No pets are allowed because I have a severe allergic reaction to pet hair and dander. Thanks for your understanding.
